The Triumph Alliance (TTA) Limited was established for the sole purpose of providing technical and vocational education and training to disadvantaged youths through either a traditional apprenticeship or formal technical and vocational training. At TTA apprentice sponsorships generally the cost of training, daily allowances, graduation, essential (minimum) toolkit and a reasonable start-up incentive.
To make early inroads in realising vision, a pilot project involving traditional apprenticeship of disadvantaged youths in Ghana commenced in February 2017. The organisation has successfully established a partnership with the Catholic Action for Street Children, an NGO in Ghana, through a sponsorship agreement where TTA sponsors a street child from CAS through apprenticeship. With the approval of the Board, management has now transitioned the pilot program inhouse with a passionate team coordinators overseeing and mentoring the development of the program in Ghana.
